I have recently completed a course (in Danish) on Project Management from Zealand Business College, Denmark. This short-term education for the job market gave me many tools for leading a research project and a team of researchers successfully.
Objectives/Goals:
· The participant can fulfil the role of project manager through team development driven by motivation and engagement, handling conflicts and communication internally within the project and in relation to the project’s other stakeholders.
· The participant can define the roles of project manager and project participant, and establish competencies and areas of responsibility in connection with the project’s management, phases, and goals.
· The participant can identify the project’s framework, phases, goals, and success criteria, and on this basis select and apply relevant project management tools, as well as define, organise, and plan projects in which stakeholders, risks, and other critical factors have been taken into account.
· The programme concludes with an examination.
