This January 2025, I have started my Junior Fellowship awarded by the University of Bayreuth Centre of International Excellence “Alexander von Humboldt”. For six months my project on “Hermann Conring‘s Teaching of Legal History” will be hosted at the Institut für Fränkische Landesgeschichte, located in this enchanting Thurnau Castle. This is part of a larger research project that I am developing on “An Intellectual History of Legal History”.
